About me

I have run my holistic therapy business since 2004, qualifying initially in Reflexology before training in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Healing, Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

I continue to attend workshops to expand my skills and knowledge, which I pass on to clients through my treatments. I have been a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) for 17 years.

As a busy mum of two, I understand the importance of self-care. I’m pleased to offer these treatments from my own therapy room in Prestwood, fitting around family life.
